Kristen Bell Returns to Host the SAG Awards in 2025

Kristen Bell will be hosting the 31st Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards on 23 February 2025.

The prestigious ceremony will take place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California, marking Bell’s second time at the helm after her 2018 debut as the show’s first-ever host.

The 44-year-old actress expressed her excitement in a press release, saying that she is “thrilled” to be back and celebrating the achievements of celluloid performers, going on to add: “I’m honoured to be asked back and can’t wait to share the evening with my fellow actors, doing what we do best… celebrating ourselves.”

Known for her warmth, charm, and quick wit, Bell’s hosting skills have also been praised by SAG executive producer, Jon Brockett. The awards will also honour Hollywood legend, Jane Fonda, with the prestigious SAG Life Achievement Award, recognising her extraordinary six-decade career.

The SAG Awards, a celebration of outstanding performances in film and television, will reveal its 2025 nominees on 8 January.
